Solution:

Prioritizing usability, accessibility, and user’s (patient and medical staff) experience for an effective design solution to create a place that above functionality promotes trust and peace for all users, with calming atmosphere and easy navigation.

With constant communication with various user groups, we ensured each and every space serves a well defined function and placed according to the best user’s flow. after placing the most vital spaces, flexible spaces were placed where possible to provide user’s with agency over it’s temp. proper function.

Opportunity:

End- to - End design process | Research patients flow and behaviors | Identify medical staff work flow for equipment and space design requirements | Obtain approval for each design phase from the stakeholders, engineers and user groups

Role:

As the Project Manager at HMC Architects, I Managed stakeholders and user group meetings for my portfolio of projects, oversaw design process and ensured compliancy with governments requirements , managed contracts and project coordination meetings with engineers and contractor teams.

Challenge:

Medical places with poor usability could harm patients and increase costs.
